Installing ODAC over 11.2.0.1 server (Windows 7)

I freshly installed Oracle 11.2.0.1 server on my Windows7 notebook. Now I wanted to install ODAC 11.2 Release 2 (ODTwithODAC112012.zip)over it and I'm always getting an alert box from the installer saying that Oracle Data Access Cpmonents for Oracle Server can only be installed over an existing Oracle Database Server 11.2.

What gives?
