OracleMTSRecoveryService could not be found

(WIndows 7/64) During installation of 11.2.0.1 on my notebook (Standard Edition) an error occured, saying that OracleMTSRecoveryService could not be found or something like that.
I continued with the installation and it finished.

Now while installing ODAC112012 I'm getting the same message that OracleMTSRecoveryService could not be found.
