Oracle patch confusion - which patch?

Assume the following:

  1. I have Oracle Database 11.2.0.1
  2. The most current Critical Patch Advisory does not list any PSU's or CPU's for 11.2.0.1
  3. The most current Critical Patch Advisory DOES list PSU's and CPU's for 11.2.0.2

If I continue looking for 11.2.0.1 patches, I'll never get to 11.2.0.2.  I take this to mean that I'll need to upgrade when I can in order to apply any future security patches.  Is this correct?
