Interclass UOM conversion, sales order qty needs to be rounded

Hi,

I have an inventory item that is transacted in qty uom of pallets, but sold in pounds.  We are using the interclass uom conversion to convert from pallets to pounds 1/3000.  But the problem is when the sales order is for a qty of 40,000 lbs, that is equal to 13.3333 pallets.  But that is not a valid qty of pallets to transaction, it needs to round up to the next whole integer, ie in this case 14 pallets.  Are we missing a setting or control to do this?
