Alternate SIte name for Employee type supplier

Hi Payables team

I am in 12.1.3 and we have upgrade recently. Where can I update the alternate site name for employee supplier?. I have already seen Note 602953.1 which this talks about the alternate site name not updateable for employee type suppliers in the supplier forms. This is understandable to make TCA and HR in syn. However my question is 'Where in HR or anywhere can i update the alternate site name  for employee type suppliers? There must be a place where we can update and gets derived

My customer is using these fields very heavily and hence the need
