Configure NFS Server on solaris 10

I am hoping someone can post instructions on how to configure NFS on solaris 10 .

I have solaris 10 Server that i would like to create an NFS folder and share it . What are the steps that need to be taken to configure the NFS server and persmissions on the solaris 10 server ?

Also, I have a windows 2008 . How and what are the steps taken to mount the NFS shared folder on the solaris to the windows 2008 server . is it simply mapping a network drive or something else .
