Inbound PO Freight Best Practices with iSupplier, EBS and OTM

I am not very familiar with iSupplier but I understand that it has ASN and Shipment Search capabilities.

Is there any information available on how to best utilize iSupplier, EBS and OTM in the planning of Inbound PO freight?  Is there a powerpoint that shows the recommended end to end process flow?
