Hello Distribition Community,

The help text and the standard pdf documentation state that the cancel date, alias CNDJ, in purchase orders and sales orders is an informational field only. However, I thought that the cancel date on a blanket PO, document type OB, will cause the blanket to close the day after the cancel date.

Does anyone know of any other situation where the cancel date causes the system to perform some action? I would like to use the field for OS sub-contract orders but we cannot let the system close the OS order or perform any other action if the OS order is still open on or after the cancel date.

Howdy, Stranger!
