CAM - storage arrays show up in 'ras_admin', but not in BUI/GUI or CLI

Hi all,
I have a customer running CAM 6.1.1.10 and their 6540 arrays are not showing up in the BUI/GUI or in CLI, but ARE showing up in 'ras_admin device_list'. I was told the server crashed about a month or so ago... but was 'verified'. I don't think CAM has really been working since. I restarted web console and FMS and we did receive some alerts, however, management of the array is impossible. I also noticed that StorADE was installed; I thought StorADE conflicts with CAM and should not be running on the same box - is this true? See below for
