EB Tax Rules

Dear Gurus,

We are working for the first time on EB Tax. Please hlep us on the below big issue.

we created a regime and stuck with Tax Rules set up (VAT, not the location based tax). Please advise about the tax rules set up for each rule on the below requirement and help us on the below questions.

1.      Tax will be applicable only for Country level. Two rates at country level. Not specific to any country.

2.      Based on Product – For some Product, it was exempt (We Created a Inventroy Categoy set to track Exmpted items)

3.      To give an option to override the tax code at transaction level – PO, SO, AP Inv, AR Inv. some times needs to exempt tax.
