Oracle VM hosting Windows 2000 server with mssql 2000

the vm machine reboot by its self.
Do you have a suggestion.

The system is Oracle VM 2.2.1
the hosted VM is Windows 2000 service pack 4
and Ms Sql 2000.


We are experiencing reboot and system crash.

What are the limits with Oracle VM and MS Sql
