Formula generation does not complete

Hi
We are using ver 11.5.10.2 and recently upgraded to Exadata. Since the migration, this is the first time we are making changes to OIC.
When trying to generate a formula, i get an error - "The record has been updated. Please requery the data."
and the formula remains in an Incomplete status.

Any ideas ?
