Use of Oracle Email Server (OES) v Corporate Email Server in Email Center application

Hello,

Want to ask for views on the subject.

In the past projects, I have used external email Servers like Lotis Notes, Exchange etc. to integrate with Email Center

Now I am thinking to use the OES Email Server.

Are there any disadvantages to doing this? What should I be aware of? etc.
