disk space usage

I am using Oracle 11.2.0.2 since last 2 monhts. I see the disk utilization has been increased very much after upgrading to 11g. The disk space is coming down 1 to 3 GB per week. Looks like lots of trace files are generating.

Can some one let me know what are the files which we can delete to get the more free space on the disk.
