Enable to connect CRMOD using Siebel EAI - Certificate issue?

Experts,

Requirement: Send SR record from Siebel to CRMOD

Solution: Created 1 step Siebel workflow with EAI HTTP Transport with HTTPRequestURLTemplate Input Argument as below:

https://secure-ausomxdta.crmondemand.com/Services/Integration?command=login&UserName=xxx&Password=xxx

Issue: When stimulated in Business Service I get below error:

[1] HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'The server name or address could not be resolved
', code: '12007'(SBL-EAI-04116)
[2] Error invoking service 'EAI HTTP Transport', method 'SendReceive' at step 'BS: SR connection to OOD'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Probable Solution: In GE corporate we might need to install CRMOD issued certificate (I assume), please let me know if we need to install any trusted certificate or patch for the same.
