Does latest DST patch V17 supports/applicable for all regions of United states

Hi All,

We are planning to apply latest DST patches in our environment.

Presently we are on version 4 and planning to upgrade to DST v17.

Can you please confirm if the V17 version is applicable/supported for all regions of US or only to particular regions.
