Customized Triggers

I am going through the Siebel Upgrade Guide for DB2 for z/OS and it states that all customized triggers need to be disabled. Does this mean triggers created by "Worfklow Policy" or database triggers that may have been created directly on the Siebel Schema?

Need some clarification around this.
