Constraint on Product Quantity Entered to be multiple of Min Cardinality value

Hello,

On version 8.1.1.X  a customer has a requirement where the quantity entered for a component product in configurator is always a multiple of the minimum quantity defined for the product relationship.

For example if a customizable root test product has a test component product and the min cardinality quantity is 3 for the relationship then you can only enter a quantity value in configurator that is a multiple of 3 such as 6, 9, 12 etc.

Is the min cardinality value of a relationship available in a constraint or product script event?

Is the above requirement possible with constraints or product scripting?
