Process to miigrate employees and their balances to new Accrual Plan
Because Accrual Plans are not effective dated, if any changes to the plan are required you must create a new plan and migrate employees and their balances to the new plan.
My question is -- What is the process to do this?
I am currently experimenting with using an Assignment Set to identify all the employees in the old plan.
I will then assign the new Accrual Plan element to everyone in the Assignment Set through BEE.
I will use the same Assignment Set to end date enrollment in the old plan through BEE.
However, do I need to make manual adjustments for carry over amounts and other adjusted balances?
