Automatic Task generation does not work from Service Request Tab in eBusiness Center (R12)
Yet when I create the S/R using the S/R Type in the eBusiness Center --> Service Request Tab, the 2 tasks are not generated.
When I create the S/R using the S/R Type in the Contact Center legacy form, the tasks are automatically generated
When I create the S/R using the S/R Type in the Customer Support Agent Dashboard, the tasks are automatically generated.
