Unable to access Preferences tab in BI publisher

Hello Gurus,

We are unable to change the “Time Zone” value under BIP (BI Publisher) after we change the “BI Publisher Catalog” type.(after  BI integration Publisher)

Now the Time Zone for the Weblogic user is GMT +00.00 instead of the PST (the previous value), Other users like “Administrator” also have the wrong time zone now.

The preferences tab is completely grayed out.

Any idea what may be the reason?
