Ability to open Oracle workflow attachements via iPhone to approve or reject them..

Our business currently received Oracle work flow email with attachement for PO Requisition approval and or iExpense approval on thier iPhone. They would like to open these Oracle attachements to approve or reject them. Currently they are NOT able to take action on them via iPhone. We are on Oracle release 11.5.10.2 and wanted to know as what we need to do in order our users be able to approve the  Oracle Workflow via iPhone?

This is especially important to our senor management that are using uPhone as they are traveling.

Also, currently our Oracle application server is loacted inside our fire wall and we do not have our Oracle Fianncial open to out side networks. All Oracle 11i Financial users must be in our company Network in order to access our Fianancial application.
