Help needed with upgrade from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.2 with Data Guard physical standby

Hi,I am planning an in-place upgrade of 10.2.0.5 database to 11.2.0.2. Storage is using a separate ASM home 11.2.0.2. There are two listeners running from ASM home, 1521 for ASM itself and non-standard port for databases. The database has a symmetrical physical standby (i.e. identical server, architecture, etc.) We are managing the standby using Data Guard Broker, mostly via Enterprise Manager.
