Is this a Documentation Bug?

Hi All,

When reviewing the exceptions those get generated by ASCP unconstrained plan, I found something which looks like a documentation bug. As per ASCP user guide (B10144-05), page no 9-28, "Late Supply pegged to sales orders" exception message should not be given by ASCP unconstrained plan. When I did the test case, found that this exception message is getting issued.

Any pointers on this are welcome. Would like to know whether Documentation has got a bug. If yes, will raise it to Oracle Support.
