Interoperability - Inboud for Rates/ WO's

Hi,
We have requirement for creating inbound WO entry UBE. I was thinking of using existing F4801Z1 and P4801Z1 application and design new UBE which will insert data in F4801 and F4801T. Any idea if i can use existing Z-table ?
