ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 2174023

Hi Team,

OS =RHEL 4
DB =10.2.0.5

I am receiving the below error. What are the possible reasons for this and how to fix this. When I queried dba_scheduler_job_run_details, I got that job is failed with below err.

Suggest me on this.
