Conc Mgr script to show que, procs, reqs (running, pending) just like Concurrent/Manager/Administer

Anybody have a sql script that shows exactly what the sys admin form "Concurrent/Manager/Administer" shows.   It shows CM queue-name, # of processes, # of requests (running, pending)
