Is this an known issue or not an issue?

Job step progression R071911 report shows unchanged status when the required hours are met or over the threshold because of using manufacturing time entry.

Eg labor code to object acct 690000, which requres a Sub ledger and sub ledger type.

It cause step progression not working. Anybody knows if this is a real issue in JDE step progression function.

Using JDE EnterpriseOne v 8.12.
