Customer/Site Name null on the dashboard page of MFS Laptop

Hello,

We have issues on MFS Laptop where in Customer/Site Name is null/blank for some tasks  on  the dashboard page...Here is my analysis so far...Please suggest if you seen this issue before

When a SR/Task is created the data gets inserted into ASG_SYSTEM_DIRTY_QUEUE along with ACC tables for tasks,incident,csm_hz_cust_accounts_acc,csm_parties_acc,ETC

When data is synced for first time all the data gets downloaded from ASG_SYSTEM_DIRTY_QUEUE on to the laptop and the second sync will delete the data from ASG_SYSTEM_DIRTY_QUEUE
