Procurement Contracts - How to assign a contract template to a PO document

Hi All,

I am new around here and hope that this is the right forum for the below questions around procurement contracts.

I have created some contract templates (Terms and Conditions essentially) for and wish to assign these templates to various purchasing documents. The queries/scenarios are as below

1) I have setup the profile option 'PO: Auto apply default contract templates' to Yes. Assigned all the templates to SPO, BPA and CPA. Have made one of the template default for these document types.

When I create a BPA or CPA in Core Purchasing form, the default template is assigned to the document automatically.
