ODM syncing times

Hi,We're looking to use ODM for real time comms with Contacts in core CRMoD . Example... customer makes contact with the call-centre , provides e-mail address and receives an immediate email from ODM with a 'Welcome to xyc corp' type content ...
I understand that there is however only a periodic refresh of the Contacts / Activities between the 2 systems (15 mins ?)

Can you confirm ?
