Performance in Find Service Requests screen

Hi,

We recently applied 11.5.10 extended patches and critical patches as well. After that it takes more than 12-14 seconds when we try to query a service request by giving a serial number that does not already have a service request. It used to take a few seconds before these patches but not this long. This performance issue is not consistant with all serials without a Service request. It happens in 70-80% of the cases and comes back with the message in 20-30% of the cases.

We have logged an SR for this. However wanted to check if anyone else encountered this after extended/critical patches.
