Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. General Ledger - EBS (MOSC)

"404 not found" in General Ledger Accounting Setup Manager

Hi,

I have a problem in EBS r12.1.1. When I open the URL of the General Ledger and click on the Accounting Setup Steps, it showed the "404 not found" error message

Responsibility: General Ledger, Vision Operations (USA)

Path: Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups

Click on the link in the HTML page

Can anyone suggest any idea about this error? Thanks
