Is there any integration between Oracle Projects and Oracle iSupport or Tele Services modules?
we have a business scenario in which client does various contract projects with customers and they wanted to facilitate Service request functionality of Oracle iSupport which will enable their customers to submit SRs for their respective Projects.
Basic Projects information such as Projects, Tasks, Expenditure Type, Organization are required to associate them to Service Request.
Do you know is there any integration between above said modules? If not, how this can be achieved...i know Issue management of Project management modules which can not be provided for all Call Center executives for capturing Service Requests.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
