Reporting Ledger does not maintain FA Historical rates?

Hi All,

I remember in R11i MRC function, Oracle does retain the historical rates for journals posted from FA. Meaning, the rates for the asset posting follows the date-places-in-service rate.

Now in R12 reporting ledger, I setup a reporting ledger for journal conversion at Journal level. Seems like the FA journals are posted and converted using the transaction date rate instead of the DPIS rate.

The reporting ledger is setup with Journal conversion level. We cannot setup the reporting ledger conversion at Sub-ledger level because it will have potential issues as documented in Oracle Support. We have the Primary Ledger already up and running and now we are adding a reporting ledger.
