ASM for standalone DB server

Below are the clarification needed for performing ASM installation for Standalone DB server.

1. Does cluster services is required for ASM to running.

2. we have raw device of 200 GB and want to allocate the space ,i don't have anyother storage available which option i need to choose in reduncy screen for ASM.

3. What is the RECO for ASM
