Customizing the trade management page

Hi ,
I need to customize the Oracle trade management screen like adding a LOV and adding a new field etc...
How do i proceed with this..please suggest any ideas .

if u can tell me on which framework Oracle trade management is based on  or any URL link to find it will be great help.
