ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure

Hi ,

Recently i got the below exception in one of the environments. only one day we go this error, i am not able to identify the reason, can any one tell me why only one day got this errorwhat could be the reason for this.

ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure
