Sunfire Certificate of Volatility

I need to remove a Sunfire V210 from a secure area. The local security staff is requesting a "Certificate of Volatility" which they describe as a procedure, from the manufacturer, stating what must be done to completely purge the system of all memory/data so the it can be safely removed from service. Where can I find such a document from Oracle?
