Cannot Generate Storage Control File

I am executing the pre-upgrade step to generate the the storage control file, prior to running upgrep. The DDLsynch process is failing due to following errors.

DDLIMP-ERR-1064: Unable to read column "X_END_DT" (column type).

2011-10-25 10:07:55 DDLIMP-ERR-1047: Unsupported ODBC sql type "fSqlType".

2011-10-25 10:07:55 DDLIMP-ERR-1064: Unable to read column "X_CALL_DT" (column type).

2011-10-25 10:08:05 Read 45075 tablespaces, 5081 tables and 23030 indexes from existing schema

DDLIMP-ERR-1077: Failed validation because "DDLIMP cannot rebuild table EIM_SRV_REQ: The page size (16322) of target tablespace $DbnamePrefix0309.H0309000 is smaller than target row size (19744).".

DDLIMP-ERR-1077: Failed validation because "DDLIMP cannot rebuild table S_ACTION_ARG: The page size (4048) of target tablespace $DbnamePrefix0382.H0382000 is smaller than target row size (4256).".
