Asset is fully depreciating when there should be no depreciation.

Hello all,I am having an issue with running depreciation on assets that have an ITC exp. The way I set it up is in the depreciation formulas I set up the basis as (Cost-ITC). (In the asset master on the last tab, there is a spot to enter ITC.). I then have the depreciation method as (Basis*multiplier). In this specific case the ITC is the full cost of the asset, therefore there should be no depreciation. For some reason, it is trying to fully depreciate. I copied the depreciation and basis below.
