Steps to upgrade 11.2.0.1 cluster database to 11.2.0.2 cluster on a new hardware

Hi,

We have a 11.2.0.1 cluster database with a stand alone physical standby database. We are planning to move this database on to a new hardware. 11.2.0.2 grid infrastructre and RDBMS are installed successfully on the new servers. Can somebody explain the steps needed to perform this upgrade.
