Purchase Order Summary to Releases (POXPOERL) form

Hello,

In Shipment tab of Purchase Order Summary to Releases (POXPOERL) form, if shipment 1 was not there but I do want to have the visibility (so that I could know it was cancelled or deleted by someone for some reason).  I wonder whether or not it's possible.  If so, is it controlled by the setup of profile options or it will invlove some customization.
