Opening Service requests on behalf of our customers in My Oracle Support (MOS)
I would really appreciate if someone has gone through this process and might Help with resolving my case.
Our company is new Oracle Filed Delivery partner. For all of the deals we had sold so far for SUN hardware we sold also Oracle premier Support. Now we have issue with one of our customer and we want to open Service request through MOS on behlaf of him.
When I login to MOS I cannot open SR because I cannot see the customer CSI number in the list.
According to Oracle, it is their policy not to send customer CSI numbers to their field delivery partners which is strange because we as a Premier support providers should have this information.
