Duplicate Depreciation

We have just upgraded from JDE E1 8.10 to JDE E1 9.0. We are facing quite a few issues in Fixed assets module. The compute depreciation report R12855 looks to have been modified in JDE E1 9.0 version and there are issues with it. For example we had already computed the depreciation for a set of assets (about 15Assets) already in FInal mode and the depreciation entry was also posted to GL. However when depreciation is run for the remaining assets in the company the depreciation includes the assets already processed first.

Another issue which we are still awaiting resolution from oracle is why is the depreciation report picking assets for which depreciation will commence at a future period. For most of the assets the compute direction is 'N' (Depreciation to start from 1st day of next month). for example when depreciaiton is run for Oct 2011 and for additions made in Oct 2011 with effective depreciation start date as 1st Nov system picks the additions also when computing depreciation for Oct 2011.
