Does SAN storage foundation 4.4.8 include fcode updates for HBA's?

Having issues adding disks to a Solaris 9 host due to the firmware levels on the HBAs, HBA's currently at 1.11 but need them at a good level (minimum of 1.21).

We have SAN storage foundation 4.4.8 but want to confirm if the package includes fcode updates for the HBAs of if they need to be done seperately?
