Multiple Object Librarian

Hi all,

My company, running E1 8.9 would like to explore the possibility of giving the DV and PY its own Object Librarian. We recently had an incident where a change to the parent DLL of a custom NER affected Production. While in DV unit test, and PY user testing has been going well, a full package built in production this past weekend uncovered the issue as the NER stopped working in Production. After troubleshooting, and finding the root cause, we reverted the change, redeployed, and fixed the problem. Development, and myself for that matter, did not realize that such a change affected the OL F9860 table,
