check last applied archivelog's date and time in standby database?

Hello,

How to check last applied archivelog's date and time in standby database?

and, if we resync standby with primary manually ( registering archives in standby manullay), is it true that primary database preserve the date and time of a archivelogs?
and same as in standby with date and time? if yes, then how to check the timings??
