Agile functional enhancements

We went live on 9.3.1.1 about a month ago, upgrading from 8.5 and one of the main issues has been around the users getting comfortable with the web based application rather than the old client based application. There are a few things that have come up around some of the functionality/usability and we've logged with support but wondering if anyone has run into any of these same issues:

Advanced searches and keyboard controls - when creating an advanced search it seems as if it is pretty limited in how you can use keyboard controls to navigate through setting up the search. For example, if i create an advanced search and search on Items/Documents, in the Attribute field i cant initially use the up and down key to navigate through the values, instead i have to click on the drop down to navigate and select. In 8.5 it seems like there was more functionalty around using keyboard controls. Can we log an enhancement request to expand the functionality for using keyboard controls when
