how to send email's based on the grouping?

I have a report that groups  the invoices by vendor,G_VENDOR. How to send an email for each vendor using bursing? how to pass the email variable from the report ouput to the bursing engine?

i.e if there are five vendors in the report output, an email should go out to each vendor
